Cancellation Policy

All bookings are initially accepted unless a conflicts arises. If there is a conflict our staff will reach out to reschedule your appointment. Deposit are required for all bookings. Your shoot must be paid in full 48 hours before the booking unless otherwise communicated. If not completed within 48 hours of your booking your show may be subject to cancellation following communication from a member of our staff. Payments will be made electronically, please let our staff know if payment needs to be made in another form. If you need to cancel or reschedule please do your best to let our staff know in as much advanced notice as possible. If you do not communicate the need to reschedule or cancel and you do not show up for your booking you will be charged 50% of the remaining balance. If the studio needs to reschedule we will reach out to you in advanced notice and provide you options. If for any reason we do not, we will accommodate and/or refund you for our lack of communication. Please be sure to indicate if you are bringing guests with you to your shoot, if your guests exceed 3 you will be subject to additional fees. No Pets. No Smoking.
